Founded by siblings Jamie and chef Lisa Valmorbida, Pidapipó began as a pop-up gelato test lab in Carlton in 2013. Today, the gelateria pairs traditional Italian gelato-making with a playful, contemporary approach to flavour, design and culture, with stores across Melbourne.
