Pidapipó Laboratorio takes the original test-lab idea further — a flagship gelateria and working laboratory housed within a former 1960s bank on Brunswick Street, Fitzroy.

Built around experimentation, the Laboratorio is home to small-batch and limited-edition gelato, an in-house chocolate room and an evolving collection of cakes and desserts, creating a space for new ideas that can eventually find their way into the wider Pidapipó world.
